President's Letter

Welcome to the Woods’ Homeowners Association Website! We hope visiting our

neighborhood website becomes part of your routine for staying informed and engaged in the

activities and operation of our neighborhood.

On September 12, a Special Meeting of Woods homeowners was called by HOA President

Ashley Bennett for the purpose of electing a new Woods HOA Board. I very much want to

thank longtime Woods resident, and former HOA board member, Sheila Bentley, for organizing

and scheduling this special meeting, as well as completing the required notification mailing to

all Woods HOA members.

Pool and Tennis: Andrea Hora

Website Maintenance: Becca Jones

Our focus as a board thus far has been establishing an operating routine and communication

structure responsive to the needs and concerns of our neighborhood in a manner which

ensures the Woods remains a most desirable place to live and invest in a home.

As your HOA President, I volunteered to serve on the Woods’ board in order to re-energize

covenant enforcement, financial accountability, and communication. Both I and the other

members of your HOA Board need your help if we are to succeed in this re-energizing.

Please stay informed and engaged in our neighborhood. If you have an idea which you think

might benefit our Woods neighbors, please let us know. The same goes if you have a
