The Pool Rules

 

THE WOODS SUBDIVISION

Recreation Area Rules and Receipt of Gate/Restroom Key

 

1.  Swim at your own risk. NO lifeguard is provided.

2. Open to all dues paying residents 8am till dark. Must be vacated by dark.

3. Children under 15 yrs must be accompanied by a resident adult (21 yrs or older).

4. No glass containers.

5. No food or beverages allowed in the pool or at the pool edge.

6. No horseplay, running, pushing or throwing items into the pool.

7. No diving.

8. No pets.

9. No loud music.

10.  No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, etc. in recreation area.

11.  Proper attire is required.

12.  All guests (non-residents) must be accompanied by an adult member.

13.  Keep the gate locked at all times.

14.  Have fun and don’t forget your belongings.

15.  Parking is only for residents using the recreation area, during open hours 8am-dark.

16.  No climbing the fence to get into the pool area. No tolerance!

17.  Lower umbrellas before you leave especially if you are the last one in the area.

18.  Lock the restroom door if you are the last to leave the area.

19.  The resident, their family members and guests agree to abide by the pool rules and failure to do so will result in the loss or suspension of their pool privileges.  

20.  All parties need to be scheduled with the HOA Board with a refundable deposit ($100) upon a clean/damage free inspection. Please contact Andrea Hora at 901-626-2201 to book a party. ​

Pool Keys

​

Each Woods homeowner receives a key to the pool from the HOA after signing and agreeing to our community pool rules. If you do not have a pool key, please contact Andrea Hora ​at 901-626-2201. Replacement keys are $25.
