I volunteered to serve on the Woods Homeowners’ Board because I think the
board can serve our neighborhood in many ways. There are 3 areas, in particular,
which I think our board needs to be reenergized…covenant enforcement,
homeowner communications, and financial accountability.
The Woods is a most unique and desirable neighborhood in which to live…with all
of our efforts, we can keep it that way.

I am a new resident of The Woods neighborhood, residing at 1015 W Tree Dr (aka, The Treehouse) with my three children, Kellan (14), Bennett (11), and Eliza (8). We love the natural beauty and community we have found in The Woods.
As the Website Coordinator, I am excited to create and maintain a "Hub" for our community - a one-stop shop for neighborhood news, projects, maintenance and communication.
I am excited to help our current board continue long-loved traditions as well as creating new ones.

Hi Everyone! My name is Michael Hutchinson and I am a resident of “The Gray House” at 1010 West Tree Drive. I am married to my wife Crystal and we have four active children ranging in age from 2 to 12.
As your treasurer, my goal is to proactively manage our existing resources in an efficient and effective manner with transparency. This goal is important for both present day and future resource management as we plan for the long-term well-being of the neighborhood.

I’m Leigh Lamb and I’ve been in Collierville for almost 4 years. I’m a local realtor, married to Gregg Lamb and have two girls. We absolutely love living in The Woods. I’m passionate about our ‘hood and I’m excited to bring more events and better communication to our residents.

I am a mother to four boys ages 11-3. We have lived in the Woods for 8 years. I am happily married to my husband Alex for 13 years. I attended The University of Memphis for both my Bachelor’s (psychology) and Master’s Degrees (school counseling). When I am not at home or at my children’s extra curricular activities, you may be able to find me at Walt Disney World!

Hello Neighbors! My name is Whitney Deaderick. My husband David, son Sam (4yrs) and dachshund Diesel love calling The Woods our home. I am originally from Arkansas (Go Hogs!) but I have worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Memphis for the past 12 years. I enjoy reading, cooking, and cheering on the Razorbacks and Grizzlies. My family and I have absolutely loved living in The Woods for the past four years. It is the community I dreamed of when looking for a neighborhood. The social gatherings are what set us apart from other neighborhoods. As Social/ Communications cochair, I am excited to continue these annual traditions that everyone looks forward to each year.

My name is Andrea Hora, and I’ve had the pleasure of living in The Woods neighborhood with my husband and our three children since 2018. The Woods has always been one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Collierville community, with its beauty and friendly atmosphere appreciated by all. Our neighborhood is a wonderful blend of long-time residents and new families, creating a welcoming and close knit community. One of my favorite aspects of The Woods is the neighborhood pool, which has become a favorite spot for our family. As a resident, my goal is to enhance and improve the pool area, making it a place for families to gather and enjoy. I’m committed to contributing to the continued growth and success of our neighborhood, ensuring that it remains a place we can all take pride in.
